Can applicant be rejected for wrong address in address history even though he has clear background check with no criminal and security concern?
By mistake my USA address on payslip is different than I entered in address history. I havent claimed points for USA work experience though. Am I in trouble?

What should I do?

Hiii Guys

I applied Spousal open work permit 3 times. i got rejected but bcoz of normal reasons last year. I hided some information about my immigration history. But I sent them letter last month to tell them everything true. Now my wife has got ITA. I wanna know will they still consider it misrepresentation even i have already told them truth.

Depends.

That is a very generic statement. It is difficult to comment on your specific case without knowing exactly what was hidden in the first place.

If hiding, omitting or providing incorrect information in the application may lead VO to draw wrong decisions during the application process than it may be considered as misrepresentation even if there is nothing criminal in it. For example someone who hide his/her 6 month trip to another country would be rejected on misrepresentation even if s/he didn't commit any criminal act during this trip. But if VO is unaware about this trip, it may lead VO to make wrong decision which is based on incomplete information (I.e. VO is not able to check applicant background properly).
