I've heard that I can do the fingerprint process from FBI.
However, when I asked my local police office how to get police clearance, the officer just let me fill a form, provide my driver license and pay $10. And 10 minutes later, she issued me a piece of paper and stamped with "no criminal record"...
Does anyone know if this piece of paper can be used as police clearance or not?
