Can anyone suggest me any good graduate level course in Application Development

Hello,

I am Saurabh. I am planning to apply for Fall '14.

Can anyone suggest me any 2 years - good University/ College level course in (Web / Mobile) Application Development similar to Humber College's Information Technology Solutions with Enterprise Development.

I have done my research but I couldn't find any good courses, a course where we can learn Python/ Ruby, Advanced JavaScript, Object Oriented programming, data structure and algorithm and so on.

Any help would be heartily appreciated
