Hi, I am trying to update my passport infor via webform,

https://secure.cic.gc.ca/enquiries-...&AspxAutoDetectCookieSupport=1&wbdisable=true

But clicking the "next" button at the bottom doesn't trigger any response. I desperately need to get to the next page to upload my updated passport. Can anybody please help? Many thanks.

Have you tried using a different browser? Use Firefox if you're using Chrome, or vice-versa. Try it on a different computer if you have access to one.

Anybody now experiencing the same problem?

I have been experiencing problems with my gckey this week...after i enter username and password it goes back to home page... and at the address bar it shows not secured (doesn't start with https) I have tried using different browsers, but was still the same. Sometimes it works after i restart my laptop, or after deleting cookies, or after deleting history. I just have to try different ways each time. Its very frustrating. I have seen others complain of the same
