Can anyone judge why the rejection of visa is of mine

Congrats on your success Rajwinder. Could you please share your success story with us? (Reasons of previous refusals, your last CAIPS and SOP) It will help us all.

Normally people give up after 3rd attempt. You have really fought till the last ball!

it was few years back story
i started my process in 2010
B.tech 65 percent
Ielts 6 overall in one module 5 band all others 6 band each.
1. first refusal because of medical results and they tried to call me to redo medical again and i missed their phone call and when i enquired in VFS i had letter from them for redo medical but at that time it was too late only 5 days lefts for classes to restart. Bad luck
2. Second Refusal ....when i applied in next intake they give me reason .....weak financials and weak ties to home country and program is not relevant
3. third refusal same reason as in second refusal .
4. finally approved i applied with same documents and same funds and when i applied for Jan 2012 intake but they didn't process my application and my classes start date was surpassed and i talked with my consultant for withdrawing my application in Vfs and request for tuition refund . at that time my hands were up .....i lost my last hope .....after request of withdraw of application in VFS... i received a letter from Canadian embassy attached with my passport . in that letter they ask to submit for defer offer letter for next intake in 30 days with only passport no other documents . Means 98 percent visa confirmed at that time ...but on the other side i requested my college to refund my tuition fee. so finally i submitted my defer letter for next intake with passport and received telephonic interview and approved visa in 5 days after interview call ....

can you imagine i got visa without paying tuition fee because i got tuition refund before they issue me visa ....so Never Give up.....only God knows your destiny so trust in God ...i never requested Caips notes

There servala documents you have to show
1) college fee receipt first semester paid
2) GIC
3) liquid funds to show ....near by 10-15 lacks. Like FD, Savings , PF
4) if you have taken education loan then put your sensation letter of loan also

Agent didn't tell me to do so while applying for visa..now let me see what happens...
