Im a caregiver here at canada since 2010 so it means been here 4years , I already submit my application for PR & OWP but they return my OWP coz of owning them 5$ in processing fee increase, when I pay the fee it's still 150$ , now it's 155$ then my work permit already expired may 2014 so they tell me I have still 90days to Apply get status (start counting work permit expired, so it means I have still couple of days of this August ) they told me to get new work permit or visitor visa & pay restoration fee by getting that my same employer need to get new LMO , my question is can my employer still apply new LMO for me even I already here 4years ? Which is more faster to do , to get LMO & work permit or visitor visa? I need to apply Ohip too .
