hi can anyone help me how can i apply work in canada? im working here in SAUDI ARABIA as computer technician, and im willing to work in canada, related to my job? or any job that fits on me? im working here for 3 years already. Hope some people here can help me or give some suggestions please.

In order for an employer to hire a foreign employee, they have to advertise the position for a minimum 14 days and prove they were unable to hire a suitable candidate from within Canada. Once they have proved that and a few other details to the government, they are given an LMO (this can take weeks - months) which is given to the employee who then has to apply for a work permit (some more months depending on country of origin).
