Can anyone explain what thus message on the tracker means (outland sponsorship)

I received this notice on the timeline on my tracker yesterday:

Jan. 15th 2024
We sent you a message about your application
Read the message carefully and take appropriate actiion as necessary.

There was nothing else following it, no email, no messages on the account or anywhere else. Does anyone have any idea what this could mean? Will they send the message via email or something within a few days?

I would recommend wait for another day and still nothing then its a ghost update

To play safe, maybe you call IRCC agent, and tell them the situation and ask them to check for you.
I used to have this message and called IRCC, the agent told me there was nothing sent to me at that time.

Just like others said, the message usually comes with few days delay. And sometimes it's just a ghost update.
Just be assured that someone is looking at your application, and hopefully working on it.

This kind of message mean, an email must had been sent to you if you applied yourself or your immigration lawyer, if you applied through him/her.( email address given on file for contact)
