I just learnt that I can still submit a paper-based application to any PNP (outside Express Entry system) if I meet the criteria of the province program. I am aware the paper-based process takes up to 24 months, but I have NO CHOICE.
I meet the OINP (Ontario) Human Capital criteria. I'm outland.
Can I go straight and submit a paper-based application for to be considered for nomination?
If so, how and where I can submit my paper-based application?
Current CRS = 417
Location: Outland
0 Canadian experience/ no job offer in Canada.
PNP is my best option.
Any feedback is appreciated!
