I think PR processing will be pretty much same for all provinces, but I am mostly interested in Saskatchewan

SINP processing times are on their website. Assume you graduated in Sask and are employed their too.

What do you mean on their website if I send my application to CIC so CIC will process PR not SINP. Yes graduated in Saskatchewan and work here, I just want to now if it’s going to take 21 months to process PR as I sent paper application

You never specified that you got a nomination as your title just says “timeline who applied through student category.” Paper processing is always much longer than online through EE so the processing times are accurate.

Who applied through student category paper based application is the only choice you can’t apply online through student category
