hello to everyone,

we just received a letter from MPNP letter of approval, telling us to gather all necessary docs and send it to CIO-NS, my problem is that when we applied for Gen Stream MPNP its just me and wife plus 2 kids, now i have a new child (3rd) and shes not on the application. what should i send them? copies of local registry, child birth certificate, NSO birth cert, passport, baby book from my pediatrician, what else?

hoping someone could guide me, thanks very much.

You have to contact MPNP and inform them of the changes. I am not sure if this will happen but I have heard of cases where they will withdraw the nomination they sent to you and to CIO and issue a new one with the new information. Not sure how long this takes. Regardless, contact MPNP before you send anything to CIO.
