to me it's nothing serious and no need to worry .
since you used representative , so they may be wanted to verify against that (internal).
what about your other status in GCMS? eligibility , medical etc. ?

i m confused about the above line , does it mean my lawyer didn't pay or paid over now claiming or what

No, it means that your application included a document for an "Authorized Paid Representative" which is on file.
