Can an old X ray be used for MR? Outland - During pregnancy

Hello everyone,
We received a medical exam for my wife but we're expecting a child.
We don't want to go for X ray, can an old x ray be used? We're an outland applicant but we're gonna do the medical in Canada.

What else do we need to do? She was not pregnant when we submitted the application.

1. No, you will have to wait for her to deliver and then have the x-rays.

How would the delivery of the baby affect the application? She would give birth outside of Canada but wouldn't the child be automatically Canadian because I am Canadian?
