Can an MP check up on specific details?

is it worth going to my MP and asking him to check and report on specific details regarding my file such as the PA's eligibility? i know i can get details on PA eligibility through GCMS notes, but those are currently taking 30 days to process. just wondering if there's a quicker way about this.

Typically an MP will only get involved if you are beyond the processing time listed on the CIC website.

i don't agree with CIC's processing times because they're inhuman and cruel. i wish everyone on this forum would realize that already. :-\
