Hi all,
I have a legit job offer from an old employer (when I worked on a commonwealth swap visa) in 2009.
As I am a hairdresser we know it will be hard to prove the case that she can not hire a canadian. But truth be told, when I left there in 2010 they had to hire 2 stylists to replace me. I am very hardworking and have a great rapport with the salon and clients, and can bring her business a lot of money. (I also have 10 years senior stylist experience).
I have spoken to a Can-Am Immigration Consultant who has me almost convinced that hiring him will help to get P.R. through the Federal skilled work visa, and/or also to apply for an LMO and work permit.
I have been advised by friends to hire an Immigration lawyer- can anyone advise me on who is good, and what to expect?
Any help would be super appreciated!
(I am 29 and from New Zealand, have all my high school education and also my Hairdressing certificate)
