Can a student study five months in Quebec HS with CAQ but no CIC study visa?

Just wondering if a student can study five months in a Quebec HS after receiving a CAQ without a CIC student visa? Considering the duration of this initial stay would be less than six months and both the school and Quebec have already accepted, could a student come in as a visitor and study? Thanks.

As far as the rule says.. i guess a Visitor Visa holder can study anything of a course but less than 6 months!

And i Hope Quebec follows it.
