Has anybody came through an experience where 60+ husband-wife apply for immigration under FSW and get PR?? I know that there is point advantage for being under 49 but does that mean that people over 60 can't apply independently?

I am not aware of such case but definitely you can apply. You will not get points for age which is 10 points. You just need to qualify 67 points or more in order to be eligible for processing.

If CHC has made a criteria then its valid. There is not yet a prescribed criteria for Federal skilled worker that there is an age limit but you can give it a try.
