Can a refugee claimant accept ITA for permanent residence?

Hi!
I just received an ITA for PR through the Express Entry, but me and my husband start a refugee claim process in december 2020. We had an aknowledge claim letter, but we don't have yet a date for the appoiment with immigration. I am not really sure what my status is and if I can accept this ita and stops the refugee claim process. I came to Canada with my husband last year with a work permit and during this time we make a profile in Express Entry. This work permit expired in Nov 30 2020. If somebody could help me with some insights I will appreciate. Thanks

Did you receive ITA through the recent CEC draw? If so, you're not eligible to apply if you are a refugee claimant in Canada.
