Can a Province help with speeding up someone's PR application

Hi All,

I was just wondering if a nominating province can speak to CIC in order to obtain PR on time. Has anyone done that in the past. I want to speak to my PNP about it as I have to be a PR inorder to start my new job.

No province can speed up CIC processing of application. All you need to do is Wait.....wait...wait
