I recently entered into a Section 810 Peacebond to resolve a charge that I was accused of. I am a software developer looking to change jobs this year but I'm a little hesitant because I'm not sure if the Peacbond will affect me during the background check that companies run. Does anyone know if the Peacebond will cause issues or show up on the background check? I am looking to apply to major banks and MNCs such as Amazon, Google, Etc.
