Can a lawyer send the application package on principle applicant's behalf??

Hello Guys,
I am hiring a lawyer for my FSWP application. I am in Pakistan. So can my lawyer in canada send my full application package to the Canadian immigration office on my behalf?
I will sign the forms and send to him all the necessary materials.
