I am from India and have paid for my RPRF fee for Novascotia Express Entry and awaiting on my passport demand for Visa stamping. Meanwhile there is another possibility that - 'the company which I work for raise a business visa for me (Work Place Toronto)'. So the Question is How will I be able to tackle the below situations here?
1. I got the Passport Stamping Demand from Novascotia and once my Visa is ready will I still be able to land and work in Toronto (not Nova Scotia) because that is where my company will want me to work for their client Innovapost (Canadian Post).
if yes how will this happen in practice? e.g my company wants me to reach and start working in Toronto on 20 March can I reach Novascotia on around 15th March and do the formalities and then later start working in Toronto by 20th?
2. My company raises a business visa for me (before the passport demand for NovaScotia come) and while my business visa is still in progress I get a passport demand for Novascotia. In this case how will I notify the officials and get my PR or will this be a conflicting situation? will I still be able to get it after landing on business visa and also will I be eligible for all the social benefits, while being in Toronto?
