calculation of points regarding english language & relatives in Canada?

i want to apply for my wife as a principal applicant
how can i calculate the english language points?
also she has a cousin in Canada, does this count for points of adaptability? i (her husband) has a sister in Canada also

the site mentions what score will fetch you how many marks.
on the left side find the heading which says Using your test results

follow it.

Here is what the website says:
You or your accompanying spouse or common-law partner has a relative (parent, grandparent, child, grandchild, child of a parent, sibling, child of a grandparent, aunt/uncle, or grandchild of a parent, niece or nephew) who lives in Canada and is a Canadian citizen or permanent resident.

So no cousins, but your sister is valid provided she is a PR or citizen living in canada.
