Hey guys,

Since I only have 405 points at the moment, I'm trying to figure out how to increase this amount.
In order to do this I'm currently looking at the points you get for work experience.
The system only asks for years but does that mean months simply don't count?
Let's say you have worked 2 years and 11 months, does that mean those 11 months are meaningless?
More importantly, I saw that for 1year you need to only work 30 hours per week.
Personally I worked 40 hours every week. In total I have worked for 5214 hours. But in time, this only adds up to 2,5 years.
Does that mean I have 2 years or 3 years of work experience?

It does'n't seem very fair that someone who has worked for 3 years for only 30 hours a week would have more experience while they worked less hours in total?

Thanks in advance for your replies!

It calculates according to completed years not months. The minimum is 30 hours. If you work more than 30 hours, you can only claim 30 hours. Additional hours do not add up to days and years to claim points.
