Hello to everyone in this forum,
I am a new member and I looked over the topics for a while, before I decided to write this post. Thought I find my answer here.
I am in negotiations with a Canadian company right now for an interesting job offer. I work as mechanical engineer in Germany and I had the chance to work oversees in the US and all over Canada for many years. So, I have a job offer in hand with a salary what sounds very interesting. I was looking all over for a calculator on the internet. In Germany we have such a thing, where you can add the monthly or salary per year, the region you live in and the program will calculate how much money you have to pay on taxes. I know that the numbers can very, because of health care plan or retirement plan. I am interested in the tax for the certain provinces.
Interesting for me would be, what will be the net salary I receive to my bank account at the end of the month, so I have a realistic chance to calculate my personal cost of living in the city and province.
Does anybody here know such a calculator online, what works correctly?
I don’t want to mess around with numbers in forums, I hope you can understand. It would be great to get help with this issue.
Thank you for reading and have a nice day
Oli
