Calculating physical presense, confused!!

Hello, I wanna briefly say this.

I entered Canada in Sept. 18, 2012 as a refugee claimant.

On Nov. 9, 2017, I got protected person status (claim accepted)

On July 3, 2018, I became a permanent resident of Canada.

Do I still 365 days of presence?? Or the counted days start after I was a accepted (Nov. 9, 2017)?? I'm so confused.

"If you made a refugee claim, or were included on a family member’s refugee claim, you will not be credited time in Canada from the date of the refugee claim until you have received a positive decision confirming that you are a protected person." described on this page

So you can only count days once you are granted protected person status oficially.. So in your case, you can count days from Nov 9, 2017..
Just my opinion, I am still no expert.. Hope it helps..
