Somoene please explain how to calculate the hours?
example if someone works 39 hours a week is it as it is 39 hours? or it is somehting divided by some weeks?
Thank you

If you work 39 hours in one week then you would count is as one week of full time work. It doesn't matter if you work 30 hours, 60 hours or 90 hours in one week - it's still counted as just one week of work provided you worked 30 hours or more.

You have to meet both 1 year (start to finish) and 30 hour/wk "full-time or equivalent" requirement.

So working 39 hours/wk and met the total hours less than 1 year doesn't mean you can apply before the 1 year mark.

Thank you,
would be be able to tell me if you worked the required amount of hours for CEC within 8 months, can you apply for the PR ??

already answered. No. You MUST work a minimum of 12 months / 52 weeks.
