Calculating days spent out of the country

The new laws (and fines) for Canadians spending too much time in the USA has got me concerned. Is there an easy way to find out the number of days I spent in the USA over the last 3 years? I cannot remember all my trips, and am hoping there's a form I could fill out with my personal info that will give me all this info.

Thoughts?

Us Customs and Border Protection website offers nonimmigrant U.S. visitors access to their I-94 arrival/departure record and their arrival/departure history. So you can retrieve your us travel history online.
So you can check if it works for you as it did work for me and I was able to see my us travel history online ( free and instantly)accurately as it was.
2ndly you have your passport with stamps in it which can help you compile your history.
