the most thing delay the process is the background check and because no time line for this so u never know when u get done

yes thats the worst thing ,,there is no specific time to get it done and u just waiting over and overwitout konwing whats going on

,,,mido let me ask u ,,did u send enough proofes of relationship such as pictures,e mails,letters ,phone bills ,,etc ?,i heard thats these things help alot to proofe ur relationship marriage is genuine

all we sent is pictures together and with family and letters from family , we didnt send phone bills because we was use calling cards

mido ,,i sent alot things and proofes ..letters ,e mails,pics,phone bills showing exchanging calls ,letters of support from my spouse's family and ofcousre all others officials supporting documents (birth certificate,military certificate,ID card and family composiion record etc ,....)

hope it was enough and avoid any stupid delay ..u still dnt know also

What is CAIPS?

Question for you... my fiance is the one from Egypt and I'm filling out the forma but what do I put for his family name? He has 6 names and on his Drivers license it has 3 do I use those once?

CAIPS is information about what cic do to your file .
i use my name like how it written in passport it was 4 names they will take first and last in cic no problem with that

nothing new yet . my medical will expire at feb 21

i still didnt get AOR yet ,, i guess i let my spouse e mail them soon ...should i or i wait little more ? file was transferred since 6th NOV 2010
