jnathan, why only through Citizen...anybody is entittled to his own CAIPS. Its just the rules that restricts a person NOT physically present in Canada to order them through Citizen/PR or a third party company like lawpoint.ca.

jnathan, I know you mean well for everyone seeking help on this forum. I just wanted to clear the point for someone who does not know how it works.

You can order CAIPS note as much as you want.
No problem at all and will not slower or no any impact on your PR process.
so order it, there are many sites, I used www.caips.ca
