Just wanted to ask if I request the CAIPS notes what would the latest information on it be? Would it be the date you sent in the request or the date they were able to access the information and send it back to you?

You have to wait month or longer before getting the notes back. Will the notes be when they "process" your paper work and takes a month to get back or will it be the notes be when they receive your request? I am not sure if I am expressing myself clearly. Thank you for the reply PMM.

He actually already answered you. When they receive your request for CAIPS notes, they aren't able to get to it right away. As an example, my request was received on March 16. They didn't get around to processing my request, accessing the CAIPS notes and printing them out for me until April 18 (the cover letter attached was stamped with this date, too). We received them in the mail 1 week later.
