CAIPS NOTE FOR MY 2ND REFUSAL!!!

My applicaton has been refused 2nd time. Reason being that VO did not believe I will leave canada after studies considering my:
Travel History
Purpose of visit
Apply for 1 Business mgt certificate
ND- Mass Communication 57%
HND Mass Communication 62%
12 yrs working experience in capital market industry-share registration (managerial position)
Strong SOP

CAIPS NOTE:
"Male applicant accepted in a diploma program in business management at Olds College. This course of study is not consistent with past studies in communications at the post secondary level. Large gap in education. I am not satisfied that applicant's purpose is bf. Given past travel history and prior refusal for SW1, I am not satisfied applicant is not using studies as a way to enter Canada. I am not satisfied applicant has dual intent".

After the refusal i was away from the forum to try USA option and I am on it now and yet still want to know reason for canada refusal. Beside I have gotten both German visa and UK 2-yrs visa will be visiting germany in november and uk in december. I am graduating in BSc. Psychology next month as well. Can I still make a short taken the caips note into consideration? How can I remedied SW1 refusal?

Why you are adamant about getting the Canada Visa, you already got Germany Visa and UK Visa. There are some of the top Universities in UK, you can try there, else US is there where you are applying. Put your effort in only one direction rather than applying everywhere.
Make a constructive path for studies. You need to justify the 12 years gap(experience) and your intended course which you plan to take in Canada.

Your advise is candid. But as u can see i tried those visas to make USA easier as u know they change info with canada a lot. Just to improve my travelling history. I am still on USA option which will be concluded. Thank u.
