Please help me. I sponsor my husband through singapore visa office. I am filling up the form to order GCMS and am really confused. I would like to order electronic file so that my file processing time is not effected. So
1. I checked the box electronic file. right?
2. Then which box should I check? Status of an application? or Under immigration file in Canada , the permanant residence box?
Please please if anyone knows, reply me.

Same question! I don't see an option for ordering specifically gcms notes. Only a box for status of application! Anyone??

I'm not sure! On IMM 5563, maybe you just check off electronic files-status of an application then put in the file number the visa office gave you, and the location of the office doing the processing. I thnk you only check off electronic file - immigration file in canada - if you are applying from within canada? I have no idea. Anyone out there just ordered their GCMS recently?????

I'm in the process of emailing my CAIPS and I just have the "Electronic File, Status of Applicaiton" check. And i fill out the File Number and Location. Hopefully that is enough, if not then I'm out $5.

I will also do the same. I have one more question. For IMM5475, where the application was submitted, what should I write CIC-M or Singapore? Because I submitted everything to CIC-M and then they directd to singapore. Please help.

Amy 612 - put down singapore as Missisauga only processes the sponsor part, once you pass the sponsor test, it goes to singapore visa office. =)

Haven't ordered it after the form was changed last month, so am unable to provide a solid answer. But I would also check the "Permanent residence" box under the "Immigration file in Canada" section if I'm going to order it again, as I am not sure how much details "Status of an application" will give.
