Just filling out the Quebec forms for sponsorship and they ask for proof of address wherein they say you can provide a bill from "cablodistribution". Is internet ok for that? The thing is we don't pay for electricity or water in our apartment, it's included. We don't have work yet. We don't drive and we don't pay for television or home phone and apparently cell phone isnt usable as it's not listed.
