I have a question about certificate of qualifications, so right now im working in Canada as an "IT help desk technician" its not call center, im am support for my own company, i found on Ontario trade list "Information Technology — Contact Centre Technical Support Agent" could this trade be relevant to job i am doing now ? cuz there is no trade named "Help desk" or "IT Support", its somehow related to EE cuz i want to get 50 points for CofQ ;p

There's no certification of qualifications for this role and no opportunity to get an extra 50 points. It's not a trade.
