Hi,
My PR application has been refused in 2013 and reapplied in January 2014 and got AOR.My spouse also part of my PR application .Now i am applying for BWOP. While filling my spouse's BWOP application, should mention about the PR rejection ?

Thank you for your help on this.

Thank you. But there is question under background Information section
"Have you ever been refused any kind of visa, admission, or ordered to leave Canada or other country"

Should i Say Yes or No?

On your BOWP application for yourself you should answer 'yes' to that question and provide details about the refusal. On your spouses, if he/she hasn't been refused, you can
say 'no', as your application has been refused and not his/hers.
