Hi, I applied for FSW Aug 2011 to BVO (I currently live in USA). I recently moved across the country and need to update my address. I sent an email to Ottawa and they replied saying I needed to fill out an online form. I went to the cic website and followed the steps and realized that only people currently in Canada are the only ones that can fill out the form. For people outside of Canada to email the VO. I emailed them back and told them this, but I haven't heard back.
Any suggestions? Anyone in the same boat? I need HELP!
