what about buying an own home instead of rental house? Is it possible for new immigrants or need citizenship rather than PR?
House loan facility available with easy monthly installments like in US?And any one know the average cost of two bed room house in
suburban area? Lets share the informations.........

1. Anyone having PR can buy a property in Canada.
2. House loan : Normally cash down is 10 % with income proof, No income proof is necessary if someone puts cash down 35 %.
3. Buying house before job is not a good idea for new immigrants. One should take some time. look is it safe locality, distance from workplace, school ratings from Fraser report, public transport etc etc.

Also make sure you get a home inspection before you buy. They will take a good look at the property you want to buy and tell you if there is anything wrong with it.

Though, I am not a home owner, but It might be informative for new buyer.
