Hello,
My spouse and me have the goal to immigrate to Canada/BC permanently.
Therefore, we are thinking about buying an B&B in the Kelowna/Central Okanagan.
My Question is: is this a business that could be accepted for a business immigration visa? Or is buying a running business not part of the rules for that visa? Budget is about CAD 600TS.

thx in advance

As I understand it any legal business is fine.

Some programs do impose conditions on the business such as having to create a job for a Canadian.

1. Hard to say, you would have to apply under the Entrepreneur category, you would have to determine from BC whether a BNB would be a suitable business. As you have to create one new job, it maybe difficult. See: https://www.welcomebc.ca/Immigrate-to-B-C/BC-PNP-Entrepreneur-Immigration/Program-Requirements
