Business TRV

I applied for business TRV 6 month ago based on a paper in Pakistan Embassy Islamabad and got multiple visas for 3 months after 61 days.

Now I got the new business invitation letter from the dental exhibition which is held on 8-9 April 2019.

My questions:

should I apply on paper base or online?
What are the chances of the validity of the 2nd visa?
