Hello

I am investing money into a business overseas with the thought to eventually bring the owner and business to Canada. I will also start and register a company in Canada that relates to the business I am investing in overseas. What are the requirements for this person to invest some of the money made in the established company into the Canadian business and adding this person as a partner in the business in Canada.
