bunkruptcy after granted pernanment residence?

I'm sponsering my spouse for permanent residence , she already had the second letter to go for a final decision, and i think she is getting the pr because they are asking her for the pr photos. anyways my question is if she gets the pr, can i file for bunkruptcy? and nothing will affect her status. thank you

If you dont mind me asking? why are you filing for bankrupcy after the sponsorship, keep in mind its going to be very hard for in the event you want to sponsor someone else.

i wont sponsor anybody else. i'm going throug financial issues.

She must land first. The sponsor must remain eligible for the duration of the application. Landing ends the application.
