Buffalo VO closing?

Is it true that Buffalo VO is closing and all files would be moved to New York VO.

they are not going close buffalo office , just walking services are closed now ( 7 th may 2012)

So would there be any affect on PR applications currently being processed at Buffalo VO. Will they continue to process or transfer to other VO.
