The US is not my country of nationality and I have chosen the Buffalo Visa Office. My passport was stolen containing my US visa and entry stamp. I have photo copies of the US visa, 1-94, entry stamp.
I have an original I797 (approved) which extended my I94 and an original I 140 - approved.
I am applying soon, I can submit the photocopies but I don't think I can get them certified by a notary public (as the originals are no longer available). Does anybody have an input if this will pose as a problem?
