Buffalo to Ottawa Transferred Cases(FSW) - Pls join here

Hi all,
I am a new member here.
I have received an e-mail from CPP-Ottawa asking for updated forms:
- Updated IMM0008 “Generic Application Form For Canada
- Updated IMM5669 “Schedule A” for yourself and your spouse
- Updated IMM5406 “Additional Family Information” for yourself and your spouse
- Updated “Schedule 3” for yourself
- Updated letter of reference from current employer confirming employment along with detailed description of your duties
NOTE: please note, if you reside in Canada the work reference must also indicate if the employment is permanent

And my timeline is:
Category: FSW1 App.filed: 06-2011 AOR recieved:08-2011

I wonder if asking the letter from current employer in FSW1 is normal or not ,as I have only seen people in FSW2 were asked for that letter.
