Buffalo rejects applications?

I was wondering if after your send your entrie application to Buffalo... if there is any remote chance that they can reject your application?... if so then what do you do?

Yes, they reject your application for a number of reasons. You take corrective action (if any) and re-submit.

They may reject the application for some of the many reasons:

Insufficient points
If they are not convinced with the documentation for your work experience
Insufficient funds in the bank for the number of family members immigrating

I have seen many rejections, some even after transfer to other visa offices, some for nitpicky reasons, such as the source of your settlement funds.

OK.. so what if they do reject it... for whatever the reason is... what is my next step... do I have to reapply all over again... to the CIO in Nova Scotia...???? how long do I wait till I reapply...???
