Is it that Buffalo is after sending out the AOR is changing the Status as "IN PROCESS" after 3 months..or Is it Transfering the File to Another Visa Office ?? And then we have to w8 for another 3 months for some response as "In Process" ?

Also, After the status is changed to InProcess how many more days/months we have to w8 for medicals ??

I am not sure but you could check trackitt.com too. That might help in understanding the processing times.

There is no standard base on that, it depends on case by case individually, and the immigration officer who is processing your application. Mine took 8 months to change to "In Process" and 9 days after the change to receive the medicals by regular mail (there was no file transfer involved in the process). Other cases took less or more than that with and without file transfer.
