So if this office is closed, where will our file be transferred to after it leaves Mississauga? That would have been the office that I had to have stuff sent to?

They are transferred to CPP-Ottawa.

Somebody posted a link with that info a while back, it was fairly close to Buffalo's times. However I'm sure that will change as they take on the extra workload

There's no way to predict. It's a new office, less than a year old. Processing times are based on historical data. None available for this office.
