Hi,

I and my spouse are living in Canada and I want to file PR for my spouse. I understand that the application needs to be sent to CPC Mississauga for spousal sponsorship, but which
out side visa processing office should we put on our application as the buffalo is closed.

Thank for your help...

It's just the Buffalo embassy closing - they're still going to have an embassy for processing in NY. Just put New York

Thanks. Just to clarify that my spouse is not US national. can we still put Newyork?

Where is your spouse from then?

Hold on a sec, folks. CPC-O will be handling Outland PR applications for the US and Bermuda. You can always look for the latest list of visa offices for each country here.

Thanks, it means since he is on work permit in Canada, we can select CPP-O as per the link you have provided, but when i try to click CPP-O it shows 404 not found. Actually i want to check region specific information, like how many photos are required, photos specification, if birth certificate is needed.

Can you help ?

Thanks

I just got my paperwork sent back to us due to some forms not filled in right (we are fixing it and sending it back asap) but the agent that was working on ours crossed out Buffalo and wrote in CPPO.. hope that helps!

how many photos did you send with your application for the person that needs to be sponsored. what photo specification did you use? Did you send the birth certificate for the person that is being sponsored?

The region specific info is available at http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/information/applications/fc.asp
