I recently submitted my application to the visa office in Buffalo, NY. My photo (chin to crown) measures roughly 33-34 mm instead of the specified 25-30 mm range. If my photos don't meet the requirement, is the visa office going to send my application back or request right-sized photos? Pls respond if you have been in a similar situation.
Also, my application was reviewed for eligibility by CIC on 1 June 2010 and the NOC list changed on 26 June 2010. My NOC no longer appears on the new list? Two questions:
1. Am I still eligible?
2. Are we (people who filed before 26 June 2010) going to be impacted by the annual 20,000 cap (1,000 per NOC code)?
